Club Information

This year there are some changes to the arrangements for Clubs coming to the Gaydon Mini Show. Instead of issuing free tickets direct to the Clubs, we are offering reduced entry tickets for everyone coming in their Mini/MINI. For more information please go to our tickets & bookings page.

Club Stand Display Areas remain free but an application form must be completed. You can download an application form, apply online, or call 01926 645031 for a form to be sent out to you. Each Club accepted will have a Display Area allocated with their Club name or number. Club Stands are either on tarmac or on grass, however we don’t have a lot of space on the grass and it tends to be around the outside of the show area.

Camping for Clubs

New this year is the combined entry and camping ticket. This costs just £14 per Mini/MINI regardless of number of occupants. You do not have to buy a separate camping ticket this year.

This year camping is available for one night - Saturday 30 June. This gives you the opportunity to arrive early and visit the nearby towns including Shakespeare's Birthplace Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick or Royal Leamington Spa, before relaxing on the campsite to catch up with old friends.

Clubs will be able to camp together in designated areas of the Campsite, but not in the Family camping area for noise reasons. There will be no camping on Club Stands this year. Camping will be located in the meadow on site.
